How It Works

Initial session

The first session will include an exercise needs analysis, a cardio program, diet evaluation, body composition measurements and a workout. Together we can achieve your goals!

Personal Training to your door. I bring my exercise equipment and I come to you.

How it works

You can train by yourself or with others. Do you know someone else who may be interested in joining you? Training with a friend is great for motivation and accountability.

Sessions are for 1 hour. Different time frames can be arranged on request.

I will provide all the equipment needed including: Mats, dumbells, a kettlebell, weighted bag, resistance bands and accessories.

I travel to places 15 drive from the CBD. If you do not fall within this area then we can always train in a park closer to the CBD.

I will ask you to bring a recent food diary to the first session and we will have a discussion about dietary changes.

Train at a park near you or in your own home. You don’t need much space to train inside. Most people train in their living room or garage.
