Personal training to your door. I bring my exercise equipment and I come to you!

> I travel up to 15 minutes drive from the CBD.

> Know someone else who’ll be interested? Train with a friend.



> Train at home or at a park near you. Outdoor training is fun.

> I will provide you with a cardio plan and an eating guide.

Travel is included in the price. I travel to homes and places within 15 minutes drive from the city centre. Note that it often takes longer to drive somewhere in peak hour traffic so if you want to train during this time be aware that it may no longer be within  “15 minutes.” If that’s the case we can arrange to meet at a park or somewhere closer to town. All sessions are for 1 hour.


The first session will include an exercise needs analysis, a cardio program, diet evaluation, body composition measurements and a workout. Together we can achieve your goals!
