Running Training
Running is my passion. I'm on a journey of trying to qualify for the Boston Marathon. Throughout this process I've learnt more about everything that is running, and now I'm excited to offer all things things I've learnt to others to help them achieve their running goals. I have a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Auckland and have run 11 Marathons.
Running Services

Strength and Mobility Training: Sessions designed to improve the strength and flexibility of muscles and joints related to running, as to prevent injuries and improve performance. I offer 1 hour sessions for $70 for 1 person or $80 for two.

Monitored interval training sessions: Coaching at the track or park with intervals, drills and strides.

Running Programs: Specific running programs tailored to the runners goals and needs. I can create a 12 week running program for 5km, 10km 21.1km and 42.2km races for $80.
